Here are some wise lessons Jesse learned through his leadership journey.
WE OVER ME
When it comes to being a success, no one person can do it alone.
IT'S OKAY TO FAIL Keep your head up. When you are making an attempt at anything, it is okay to fail and not okay to quit.
CLIMB MORE MOUNTAINS
When you are done climbing one mountain, climb another mountain.
WIN AND LEARN There is no win or lose. There is win or learn. And when you win or learn, you will never lose.
DO SOMETHING It is better to do something and learn than doing nothing at all.
FOCUS ON THE GOOD If anything goes wrong, focus on the good, learn from the experience, and be better than before.
IGNORE THE HATERS There will be people who will not like you and what you are doing. Ignore them, focus on what you're doing, and do your best.
THE BIGGEST MONSTERS The biggest monsters are the ones living inside your head. Conquer them and you can conquer anything.
WHAT GOES AROUND Treat people well and they will treat you well.
ATTITUDE MATTERS Having an attitude is contagious. Be sure that it's a good one.
